Schedule

Schedule of 2011 Grand National in Le Val-André is now broadly defined.

Saturday, 13th August :
- Competitors’ registration, measurement

Sunday, 14th August :
- Competitors’ registration, measurement
- 3 pm - Practice race
- 7 pm - Welcome drink at the club-house

Monday, 15th August :
- 2 pm – Races
- 7 pm – Opening ceremony at Le Val-André city hall

Tuesday, 16th August :
- 2 pm – Races
- 7 pm – Crews night hosted by CN Pleneuf Val-André

Wednesday, 17th August :
- 10:30 am – IFF (French Fireball Association) Annual General Meeting
- 2 pm – Schedule to be defined between
o Races (in case of delay in the race schedule)
o Lay Day (if races sailed stick on schedule), with an unofficial “mixed-up crews” race

Thursday, 18th August :
- 2 pm – Races
- 7 pm – BBQ night hosted by IFF

Friday, 19th August :
- 11 am – Races
- 5 pm – Prizegiving & closing ceremony

Accomodation

CN Pléneuf Val-André will be providing accommodation (8-10 people rooms, tent slots) at very reasonable prices. More information to follow soon.
