World championship 2018 in Carnac

International Fireball world championship will be organized in Carnac, France, in August 2018. 

Provisional schedule

Wednesday August 22th : Registration and measurement
Thursday August 23th  PreWorlds and  French National , 3 races
Friday  August 24th PreWorlds and  French National , 3 races
Saturday August  25th : Registration and measurement, practice race
Sunday August 26th : Worlds, 2 races
Monday August 27th : Worlds, 2 races
Tuesday August 28th : Worlds, 2 races
Wednesday August 29th : Lay day – no racing scheduled
Thursday August 30th : Worlds, 2 races
Friday August 31st : Worlds, 2 races

Generally two races will be sailed each day, back to back. If necessary a third race may be sailed per day to maintain the program.  Races may not be sailed ahead of schedule.  The start time may be adjusted to suit the weather pattern.
